		<description>The thing I&#039;d be afraid of is Microsoft would get a big chunk of media control. They already have MSN.  I do consider Yahoo the media.  In many ways, Microsoft already has an unfair business advantage in North America..it doesn&#039;t need any more.  I also wouldn&#039;t have put it past Microsoft to go after Google once they got their hands on Yahoo.</description>
