Who Watches the Watchmen: The End is Nigh Trailer? (Answer: We Do)

I’ll admit that when I first heard they were making a Watchmen game, the inner comic geek in me shouted, “No no no no no, just no!” The idea of making prequel to one of the most influential comic books of the last century as a video game — and basing it more off the movie to boot — just seemed seemed all kinds of wrong. But now that I see the trailer for it, it doesn’t looks too bad. Of course it still looks like some incredibly simple brawler, but the idea of taking down criminals as the psychotic Rorschach sounds like a good time to me. Watchmen: The End is Nigh should probably release about the same time as the movie on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
Personally I think it won’t be that good. It looks like generic brawler #1 with Watchmen skins.
Although I could be wrong and I really hope I am cause I would love a good Watchmen game.
