Warhammer Online Recruits 300,000 for Closed Beta

EA Mythic has announced through a press release that over 300,000 people from Europe and North America have signed up for the closed beta test for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. This makes it one of the most popular betas in MMO history. The game, set to be released early next year, is already poised to be one of the major PC game releases of 2008. Sign ups for the beta are still open though, so you should head over to this site if you want to get in.
