Warcraft Goes Mobile

The two videos above are from John Gatt of VIA Arena, where he shows how you can get WoW to run on the OQO Model 02 pocket PC. Since this portable PC has Windows Vista and a built-in wireless WAN, you can log on and play the game from pretty much anywhere. It looks like the game runs a little choppy, but it’s not unplayable. He suggests that it might be more useful for managing your mail, items for sale, etc., though you can actually fight enemies with it as well. The main drawback seems to be the tiny controls, but what do you expect when you’ve got an MMORPG literally in the palm of your hand?
