Nikole of GameGirl.com proposed that Virgin America be declared the “Unofficial Airline of Gamers” after she experienced their service.  For those of who who are unfamiliar with Virgin America, you should definitely check into them the next time you fly out of N.Y., L.A., San Diego, Las Vegas or a couple of the other places they routinely fly to and from.  In addition to roomy seats, they offer a great entertainment package in each seat.    Each seat has their own interactive tv screen, complete with remote control/video game controller.  In addition to playing games, you can watch movies or text message other passengers , which could certainly get interesting.  I certainly second her opinion that Virgin America is the ‘Unofficial Airline of Gamers’.  The prices on their flights aren’t too bad either.

Virgin Mobile has there own airline? What kind of marketing strategy is that?

  2. The Blah says:

Virgin Mobile does not have their own airline. Virgin America is not a marketing strategy for Virgin Mobile. Virgin Mobile and Virgin America are just a brand of Virgin, just like Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Blue, Virgin Express, Virgin Trains, Virgin Mega Store, Virgin Records, Virgin Galatic, etc… They are all just brands of Virgin.
