Vigilante 8 Arcade Gets a Price, Still No Release Date

We’ve been hearing about Vigilante 8 Arcade for quite some time now, but there’s still no sign of a release. Just over a month ago, the developer’s blog said that it shouldn’t be longer than 2-4 weeks before it was released and that it had finished going through pre-certification with Microsoft. So what’s the hold up?
In a recent interview we learned how much the game will cost, though — 800 Microsoft points ($10). That’s not a bad price for the game, which will ship with eight vehicles, but Isopod already has a DLC pack “finalized” which will cost an addition 320 points. I’m not a big fan of the idea that Isopod will have DLC ready for the release of the game that isn’t included in the release of the game. But if that keeps the price down and keeps the game small enough to release on Arcade, so be it.
Now, hopefully we actually see the game soon. Make it happen, Microsoft.

tbh, this sort of thing annoys me.
DLC has just become a excuse to leave stuff out of the game, that was originally in the game.
So you buy 90% of a game at retail, then have to pay more for the other 10% you should have got in the first place.
Utter rip off.
