That Brothers Solomon trailer looks damn funny. Love Will Arnett (GOB is one of the best TV characters ever!) WALL-E is also officially on my radar. From the looks of that trailer, albeit shorter than most, and the material the Pixar people showcased at Comic Con, WALL-E could be Pixars best work to date. Anyone feeling this:?:

@ anyone who critizes or makes comments on bashers for the PS3 or Xbox 360. I am a fan of neither system. I am happy with the service of Xbox live so its worth the small amount of cash. Yes its unfair for some they charge for the service, but that money I assume goes toward upgrades to servers, equipment and lines M$ pockets. that is what i assume not facts. i dont work for M$. I paid for a 360 so thats all i have. My PSP, PS2 & Wii I also play.

@Norbit, can you show me your facts where you get your information, i want to read those. I know you prefer the PS3, thats all good. i know not all people have a gold account. Some of you state is pure speculation.

Sony will need more people with a PS3 to have as many online players, that is a fact. Also I will assume over time as the PS3 network gets as large as the Xbox live they will charge too, that i have read. Sony arent fools, as the network becomes larger they will want some $$ too.

Also dont call me delusional, I am happy for the superior service I pay for. its worth the $5 a month. We all are entitled to our oppinions. you have yours and i have mine. I guess those millions of World of Warcraft players are delusional too?

@the trolling xbots who have no life and are clearly scared and jealous: i used to have a 360, i used to game on live, it was great, and i was with you, 50 bucks a year is not too bad, but then my xbox broke, i sent it in, got another one, it broke, repeat 5 times(bad luck i guess) now when all that shit happened i was without my live for a good 3 months, no discount no refund, no nothing, i was paying for something i couldn’t use and that pissed me off, sure the PSN updates are not as often, but they are free, i dont have to pay 50 bucks a year to enjoy demos and online play, and i’m happy with that. plus i’ve realized after joing the ’shiny black side’ that the games are more diverse, and more thought provoking, not like mindless shooters and racers with b movie story lines a la 360

I don’t know how something so simple as an update to the contents of the PS3 Store became something to ridicule. Maybe I missed something here.

I don’t know why anyone would ever complain about free stuff. I mean, 2 demos and a bunch of free movies/trailers is cool. You can ignore them if you want or you can get some free gaming and videos. Where’s the downside?

The vast majority of 360 owners don’t agree with you. Only around 50% of 360 owners have plugged it into the net and less than half of them are gold subscribers. Microsoft throw around the stat that 7m + have subscribed but that includes the old (expired) subscriptions people had with the Xbox.

By this time next year the online community on the PS3 will dwarf the 360. There might actually already be more people playing online because while the internet attachment rate is also about 50%, crucially all of them can play. Sony will also be offering a damn sight more than Xbox live does. For free. Sony have been playing ‘catch up’ with Xbox Live but ‘catch up’ is about to turn into ‘overtake’ which in turn will become ‘leave for dust’.

The people saying they don’t mind paying to play the console they have already paid for sound as delusional as the ones who say they don’t mind it breaking down. They just cant see that Microsoft are treating them like shit.

Sony catch up, Typical. Also the I think the price for the Xbox live is worth it, thats why microsoft can release things so quick, not have to call it an update. thats mental, im glad I didnt waste my money on a PS3. Xbox live has been better and always will. So its worth the cash, you get what you pay for, and for $5 a month thats chump change.

i want my games and demos now. not 4 months after the game is released. I could get the entire game at a pawn shop by then.

If I understand what you wrote cottectly (it’s hard to tell with that grammar) you think that 90% of the PS3’s worthwhile games are going to 360. Sorry to burst your bubble but Lair, Warhawk, Heavenly Sword, Uncharted, Killzone 2, God of War 3, White Knight Story, Motorstorm 2, Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction, Jak and Daxter: Lost Frontier, LittleBigPlanet, Folklore, and Infamous are being developed/published by Sony ensuring their exclusivity. Furthermore, UT3 for the 360 will not support keyboard/mouse, cross-platform multiplayer, and will have extensive cuts to content due to the limitations of DVD-9. It doesn’t end with UT3, similar things are being said about Haze and Rage. 360… lol

@Hutch: I have both the 360 and PS3 and I really don’t mind getting updates only on Thursdays. It might even be better that way because I know every Thursday there will be something there rather than items randomly appearing on the Marketplace.

They both have their strengths and weaknesses, so I guess it’s really your personal preference.

well thats funny xbox live already has like all those demos already for free to,well sony better hope they dont get faulty downloads like last time sony had to refund everyones content that people got off of the psn marketplace.
