Universal and Fox at Odds Over Halo Movie Costs

So the much hyped Halo movie got canned. Now it seems that co-producers Universal and Fox are ready to go at it over the $12 million in pre-production costs that amounted to nothing. At issue is the fact that Universal forked out the cash, and now wants Fox to pay its share. I’m guessing the folks at Universal never had a roommate. Is it too simple of me to suggest they settle the issue via Halo multiplayer? Long and short of it.
