Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune Trailer Should Really Interest Fans of “Lost”

Man, we’re getting bombarded with Gamers Day videos from Sony. So now here’s a new trailer for Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, yet another PS3 exclusive that looks awesome. I think Sony’s trying to send us a message. The Godfather leaves a horse’s head in your bed; Sony delivers cool videos for great-looking games.

Granted the video looks and sounds like it was filmed from the showroom floor, but it still makes the game look good. The game is being developed by Naughty Dog, best known for the excellent Jak and Daxter series. Apparently, you’ll play as Nathan Drake, an explorer whose search for the treasure of El Dorado leads him to an uncharted island. There he ends up battling pirates as he tries to uncover the mystery of the island

As a fan of Lost and Indiana Jones, this game has my interest piqued. A lot actually.

(Update: Edited for Noob Content. Thanks, Naughty Dog.)

    Hi,

Please note that even though there is a lot of cooperation between Sony first party developers, we (Naughty Dog), did not make the Ratchet & Clank franchise, rather we did the Jak & Daxter franchise.

    PKE.
