It&#039;s the programming efficiency that makes games look good or bad and how a game runs/stability etc. I like programming for the PS2 more than the PS3 as the PS3 uses OpenGL ES 2.1 as opposed to the PS2&#039;s OpenGL 1.1. It&#039;s also quite hard to program the CBE to get it working properly.</description>
