Rock Band 90-Second TV Ad

Harmonix has just released a new 90-second TV ad for Rock Band, most likely to promote the game’s release in the UK, Germany, and France. Personally, I’m a sucker for well-crafter commercials, so this is way more entertaining to me than any old trailer. The video pretty much takes the whole rock fantasy to a new level by having people playing the game in front of hordes of people, while others come up on stage to take over the different instruments. Of course if this were a real concert, one of those people would have just stage dived and done a face plant on the ground before being swallowed up by the crowd. It’s the Circle of Life really.

Haha…I saw “Start a Rock Band, Rock the World” and immediately thought “Save the cheerleader, save the world.”

The only imporant thing about the cheerleader is how good she looks in her uniform. Heroes is a great show, and Hayden can act, but.. so can a lot of other girls. She’s best on pause ;)

For a second there, I thought it was in-game footage.
