The one thing that still bothers me is that the actual problem is still a big secret. Sure, tons of people claim they know exactly what it is, but they all say something different. Microsoft needs to eventually come clean with the precise problem. Maybe they don’t even know the exact problem, but I find that hard to believe.

I wonder if maybe its still a misunderstanding. After all, if you’re Wal-mart, and you see Toys ‘R’ Us having a sale, you might thought your own sale out there. After all, for most people, a Wal-mart is easier to get to, but not $50 easier.

So Wal-mart annouces a cheaper 360 and Toys keeps its $50 lower price.

It’s a huge leap to think it might be the case, but you never know. I’ve not seen any commercials saying there’s a sale going on, so its more likely that there is a price cut comming up very soon, and Microsoft isn’t going to say there is, since it would hurt their sales before the cut.

Hopefully they aren’t going to pull a Sony, get their rings of death consoles out of the way, and then replace them with consoles that work at the old price. It would be a sad day to see that happening, indeed.
