Todd McFarlane,creator of Spawn and many fantastic comics took time to talk to Gamasutra about his partnership with Microsoft and Bungie and his new Halo 3 line of toys and game controller. McFarlane also gave some details on his latest venture, 38 studios, formed with with baseball player Curt Schilling and fantasy author R.A. Salvatore and its MMORPG under development.

McFarlane talks about choosing creating and marketing Halo 3 toys.  He tells how Curt Schilling, a consumate MMO gamer, started 38 studios. The new MMORPG aims to be an amalgamation of a fantastic story and visionary art coupled with solid innovative game play. Get the entire picture on Gamasutra.

    Hopefully the game that they are working on doesn't end up sucking… I've never been a huge fan of McFarlane's art style but I think I could put up with it since Bob Salvatore is in on the project. Who wants to bet we get a dual sword wielding demon lieutenant with a big red cape and 2 consecutive consonants in his name? Not that i would complain. :lol:
