Tim Schafer Returns with Brütal Legend

Apparently, my prayers have finally been answered; Tim Schafer’s making another action-style game. And in the usual Schafer fashion, the game looks like it will feature one creative and funny setup paired with an interesting cast of characters. The game will draw its influences from Norse mythology and pretty much every heavy metal album cover ever conceived. The main character, a roadie named Eddie Riggs, will also be voiced by none other than Jack Black. The current issue of Game Informer’s got all the current details, but there is this trailer floating around the net now. There are whole games out there that don’t have as much awesome as in this minute and a half trailer. Too bad this one’s still about a year away from a possible release.
Why must they make us wait ?
