Ticket to Ride Europe Expansion Now Available

It’s a couple days later than promised, but the Ticket to Ride Europe expansion is now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace. It’ll run you 600 Microsoft points ($7.50) and requires that you own Ticket to Ride, so it’s a fairly pricey investment.
I got to try it for a round earlier today and I had a great time with it. I’m been a big fan of the game since it was released on Arcade, and this adds a few new wrinkles to the game (like tunnels, ferries, and train stations) which offer a slightly more complex and difficult experience. While $7.50 is a lot by XBLA standards, I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth since I like to play the game fairly frequently.
Fans of the game won’t be disappointed, but if you haven’t spent much time with the standard game, I’d recommend you wait and play more. All of the changes are exclusive to the Europe map, so you won’t be missing out on anything in the meantime.
