I case you missed Disney/Pixar’s Ratatouille on any of the other 11 platforms it’s already out for, THQ is giving you the opportunity to buy it for the PS3 this holiday season. The only thing different in the PS3 version is it supports the SIXAXIS™ Wireless Controller, featuring motion-sensing technology to detect natural and intuitive movements. Of course if you own a Wii you already had this to begin with. The chances of owning both a Wii and a PS3 are about the same as being a video game reviewer.
For those that liked the game and are looking for a new title THQ also plans to release Ratatouille Food Frenzy for the DS later this month.
Picking up where the film left off, the video game serves up an all new storyline taking full advantage of the DS’s capabilities. Players will use the touch screen to cook food, stir pans and fry vegetables while enjoying seven new cooking, puzzle and action games spanning more than 100 different levels. In order to cool off pots and meals hot off the stove, players will blow into the DS microphone. The opening of Remy and Emile’s new restaurant, La Ratatouille, will rest in the aprons of players as they guide the duo to master chef status.
I guess we’ll have to wait a little longer to see Disney/Pixar’s version of Cooking Mama for the DS .
