The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Coming This Year; New Trailer

CD Projetk, the developers of the critically-acclaimed The Witcher, have announced that a new enhanced edition of the game is set to be released later this year. This new version of the game will feature fixes to some bugs in the previous version, as well as a whole new side story and a set of mod tools. The video above has the development team talking in more detail about what you can expect from this new version. Personally, The Witcher has been on my “to buy when I get some more free time” list for awhile, so I’ll be holding out for this new version.

I just got this game free with my purchase of a new MSI video card on newegg. Sweet deal. Anyway, I’m glad to hear they are releasing more content, also glad to hear it will be available to existing customers.
People who already have the game will receive the contents of the expanded version as free DLC as was pointed out in the first post on the Expanded version.
