The “We’re Right Awards” Returns to PA

After a near four year hiatius, Penny Arcade’s infamous “We’re Right Awards” has returned in its trampled tuxedo fashion. For those not in-the-know, the “We’re Right Awards” are (now classic) PA comic strips dedicated at taking jabs at “The Best Of The Year” hooplah typically done at year’s end.

It seems despite Gabe & Tycho’s tiring of the “bulleted list” concept years ago, nostalgic PA readers as of late have made their opinion known otherwise. So as a token of good-will, Penny Arcade presents The 143rd Annual We’re Right Awards… <insert obligatory punch line here>.

Unfortunately, due to PA’s use of colorful words and, of course, Gaming Today’s reputation of garnishing our audience with pleasant images of pink fluffy bunnies hopping across daisy filled green meadows, I am obliged to only show a cropped version of said comic. All in all, it kind of works out in a neat way since it lets you guess who the winner(s) is/are based on images alone (or icons in this particular case).
