The Ten Best PlayStation Ads

After putting together a list of the ten worst PlayStation ads, the folks at PSP Fanboy realized that they’re supposed to be PlayStation fanboys and put together a list of the ten best ads for their beloved Sony platforms. Everything from the PlayStation 9 ad to the Double Life video to bubblewrap is on there, including two of my personal favorites — the Universe of Entertainment PS3 ad you see above, and the assortment of Ratchet & Clank ads that demonstrated some of the interesting weapons and gadgets the games have been home to.
While some of these ads are great, I really don’t think they can compare with how terrible those other ones were. They were just so terrible that I don’t think it’s really possible to compete with them.

Correction the PS3 need more high quality exclusive games…..it has good games but if a game comes out and is multiplatform I get it for the 360 because it allows me to get achievements and the online component through Xbox Live is better…..
Sony used the PS3 to win the high def format war….which they have done….good for them….but their entire gaming franchise suffered considerably because they were more focused on winning the format war than they were on securing high quality exclusive games…..
Winning the high def format war cost them the current generation console war….it’s just that simple.
