Something about case mods impresses me. Maybe its the devotion and attention to detail that goes into them, like this Metroid-style mod currently up for auction on eBay. This mod features a back-lit, custom Samus logo on the side, as well as a Wii-mote charger incorporated into the base. The disc slot also has a green light, mimicking Samus’s visor, and the Wii-mote and Nunchuk have been painted an arm cannon green. Right now, this Wii mod is up to a over $800, and to a hardcore Metroid fan, it should be worth every penny.
