The Last Stand 2 is Here; Still Surprisingly Addictive

The Last Stand is easily one of my all-time favorite flash games. It took some simple elements of most defense-type games and then set the whole thing against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse. Now it looks like Armor Games has unveiled a sequel that keeps the same basic gameplay while adding several new features. For one, instead of merely surviving in one location for a set number of rounds, you also have to travel between progressively harder towns on your way to an evacuation point. Before you can change locations though, you have to search various houses and collect enough supplies, as well as some extra weapons and other survivors. You can also set traps now for the hapless zombies to shamble into. It all makes for a simple, challenging, and surprisingly addictive little game.
So, if you’re trying to stave off boredom until the stores start selling GTA IV, you can quell a zombie uprising in The Last Stand 2 here.

OMG, thank you for posting it! i had forgotten all about last stand. one of the best flash games ever imo.
the game has some serious glitches. your person will vanish at aspenwood and jonestown making you unable to do anything. also, if you give your survivors your black pistol they will not fire until killed and replaced.
the last stand 2 is fun alright but i think there should be some cheats and hints to get rid of the amount of days till the dateline and to get all the weapons and survivors. the fact that i just want to kill ALL THE ZOMBIES.
