As you no doubt already know, Halo 3 launches nationwide tonight at midnight. Reviewers are already calling it spectacular, and I doubt anyone standing in line will be disappointed when they finally get their hands on it. One hour left to go for people on the east coast. Have fun out there, people!

Daniel, we live in a very negative world I suppose. I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m excited about Halo 3. Maybe the hype is over the top, but who cares? We need reasons in life to just have fun.

Just wish people would stop referring to 300 with Halo, i mean 300 was an amazing movie, and personally i find it annoying that people refer to it with a mediocre game.
I know people will be like Halo 3s L33t, the game to end all games, but i just think its nothing speacil quite simple, i think COD4 will be better, assassins creed, Unreal 3, theres some many games that offer something different, but Halo? All ive seen is very few original ideas and tweaked stolen ones
Sorry but Ive never thought Halo deserved such merit…

With that said, I find Halo 3 less anoying than the movie 300. I didn’t find 300 an amazing movie at all, mediocre at best. You know why? Because I have my own thoughts and opinions on what a good movie is. 300 wasn’t even close.
I won’t be playing Halo 3 anytime soon (unless MS brings it to PC), but Halo 3 will have far more impact on the gaming industry than 300 ever did for movie industry.
To be fair, both are overrated as far as I’m concerned. I choose to defend the lesser evil though

Jesus f’ing, tap-dancing christ. it was a joke, people. a JOKE. get a sense of humor, and stop taking your entertainment (things we are supposed to enjoy) so damn seriously. part of the reason i love 300 is because every other line in the movie is golden. i wasn’t even sure if i was even going to get Halo when i made this. this just popped into my head, and i thought it was funny.
