TES4 Oblivion GotY 360 Out Now & PS3 on the Way

According to Bethesda, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion: Game Of The Year edition for Microsoft’s Xbox 360 (above left) is shipping to European retail outlets this week. Oblivion GotY edition for 360 has been available in North America since September 11th and is now available in the United Kindom. Bethesda also comforts PS3 owners that Oblivion GotY edition is still on track for an October release:
Finally, Oblivion GotY edition for PS3 is looking like it’s on track to ship in N. America mid-October. I think we’ve cleared the few remaining hurdles we had left (although I’ve been doing this long enough to know there’s an endless supply of hurdles and someone is apt to throw one out in front of you when you least expect it). We’ll let you know when we do.
TES4: Oblivion GotY Edition contains the original Oblivion, Shivering Isles expansion, and the Knights of the Nine downloadable content.
Bethesda also mentions that Oblivion (non-GotY) for the 360 “has sold very well” in Japan (released several months ago). Oblivion for PS3 (above right) ships to Japan this week.
I guess we finally made a game they like over there. Makes me wonder if the Oblivion symbol resembles Kanji for “cool” or “demon”.

back then morrowind tribunal and bloodmoom was rolling just for xbox.
Bethesda you traderous a$$holes.disrespecting the hood of xbox fans.
Actually, ‘back in the day’ Elder Scrolls rolled on PC alone. Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, etc… Then Bethesda said, “Hey, if we put this on consoles, we can make more money, and continue to exist as a company.” Are you seriously begrudging quality developers from profiting on their work by making it as widely available as possible?
I certainly hope you aren’t.
ps3 version way better and yes I played both 360 almost blew up lol when I was playing it.
I have to admit, the PS3 version of TES4 is better than the X360 version….
BUT I WILL LIVE AS A MICROSOFT FAN FOREVER!!!
I still own a Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3 though…
