Ten PS3 Games to Make Your System Happy

The Australian game site Gameplayer has listed ten PS3 games that should not only make your system happy for having the opportuity to play them, but they are ones for PS3 owners to look forward to as well. As someone who does not own a PS3, I have to admit that theses games do indeed make a great argument for loosening the purse strings a bit. Especially RE5, Little Big Planet and Rock Band.
Here is the list, see if you agree with their choices:
- Little Big Planet
- Killzone 2
- Resistance 2
- Resident Evil 5
- Motorstorm: Pacific Rift
- Pure
- PixelJunk Monsters Encore
- Guitar Hero: World Tour
- Rock Band
- Shiki-Tei
While these games are listed as “upcoming” over on their site, you have to take into consideration that Australia does not have Rock Band yet- poor fellas.
Thanks: GamePlayer

I know that some of those games are PS3 exclusives but not all of them.
My rule of thumb is that if it is a multiplatform game, I get it for Xbox 360 because of the achievments and because the online element via Xbox Live is worlds better.
If the game is PS3 exclusive and looks exciting, then I buy it. It’s funny though how I only have two games for my PS3 but I have over 20 for my Xbox 360…
I also have over 20ames for my Wii also so who knows.
Go Marlins!!!!
@ManOfTeal I follow about the same rule but every game I get that is multiplatform I get for the 360 and every Xbox 360 “exclusive” I get for the PC because there better on the PC. So I have about the same number of games for all my consoles and my PC has the most.
LMAO
According to ManOfTeals gamespot profile he actually owns 3 PS3 games and one of them is Lego Indiana Jones which is a multi platform title
I also find it amusing that he failed to give a rating to any of the PS3 titles he owns but strangely he did find time to trollishly award Haze 1/10.
One day he might start acting like an adult but I doubt it.
res 5 is multi platform
EPIC FAIL
@ Ex so is:
Guitar Hero: World Tour
Rock Band
It’s not fail fo they make them better on the PS3
And Shiki-Tei isn’t realy a game.
Pure is more of a meh.
and PixelJunk Monsters Encore is the same as Shiki-Tei not really a game.
But still I’m looking forword to this yoear for the PS3. last year was for the 360 this one is for the PS3.
P.S
@norbit nice research.
@Norbit
Do you have nothing else to do all day but stalk other people online??? Seriously.
Yes I do actually have Lego Indiana Jones for the PS3 but it was given to me as a gift for Father’s Day from my in-laws and I really didn’t want to go through the hassle of exchanging it. But the point it that I didn’t buy it myself you asshole.
Also I rented Haze and thought it was complete shit so there.

I was thinking about buying the MGS4 PS3 bundle. But now thats its coming to 360 I really have no reason to. None of the PS3 exclusives have enticed me enough to actually want to buy one. Also the controller isn’t every good IMO, I think the D-pad and left analog stick need to be changed (I think the 360 controller is so much better, and I’ve had both PS1 and PS2, but I just think Microsoft perfected it.) and It needs to be heavier (Which the Dualshock 3 is so thats not a problem anymore). Unless a game that I think looks very good, which I thought MGS4 was, but now that its coming out for 360 too I’d rather get it for that. And I played Haze and well we all know how Haze is, so that kinda pushed back my enthusiasm for PS3 exclusives.
lol @norbit thinking he is sherlock holmes
I’m with housemaster in that the PC has the better looking games and usually experience because of mods, older community, and tougher competition (consoles are watered down with retards). Yet sometimes, like in the case of Call of Duty 4 I had to get the 360 version because I wanted to play with my friends that had 360’s because they are scared of computers (not to mention gaming computers are killing PC gaming, they cost thousands more then if you just build it yourself).
Also MGS4 should be on that list (even though its already out) cause it was the best game I have played ever. And I’ve played basically every major game. Maybe its because I played all the other ones and loved them at the time but seriously its almost a completely new experience yet it still has that metal gear flavor.
@The Dunce. Your name says it all, if you believe MGS4 is going to the 360 then you truly are a dunce. FYI: There are Sony products in the game.
Manofteal
Shutup.
@The Dunce do you have a link showing that MGS 4 so coming out for the 360? Or are you just talking out your ass?
