Valve has announced a special event to celebrate the release of The Orange Box. On that day, from 3-7 PM PDT (6-10 EDT), you’ll be able to chat and play with the level designers, programmers, artists, writers, and animators who worked on the game and learn a few insider tips and strategies. To participate, simply add the gamertags below to your friends list. On that day, you can invite or be invited by a member of the Valve team into a game.

That’s all well and good, but when do the PC players get a chance to take on the Valve team?
Via Press Release

I guess the PC gamers will not get a chance. The publishers tend to favor the console players because consoles is how you can reach the casual gamers more easily.
I don’t know about that, Gabe Newell has said more than once that he does not have a good outlook on the xbox 360, and the way that Microsoft does it’s video games.
He think that consoles should have the same customization options that a PC has.
