This is probably the most fun I've had playing an MMO due to the fact that it appeals to people that enjoy actual games and not just point, click and mash number keys affairs. Shame it didn't do well, but then again I'm unwilling to "rent" a game every month so I can't really say I'd personally support it. The trial was fun though. Their support staff are pathetic and don't answer anything properly. First quest I find it in the game, all the vital info is question marks. So "Go to ??????? and get 10 ??????? then give them to ???????". When I contacted both in game GM and support, I got no answer than a virtual shrug of the shoulders and "I don't know." Performance was awful. The options dialog wouldn't even open for me. Once again "I don't know" was the answer from support. Too bad, as buried under the piss poor performance, bugs and generally alpha quality of the title was the heart of a decent game, but you just couldn't get at it.
