Street Fighter IV Screens Reveal New Boss Character, Seth

My first reaction after seeing this new batch of screens for Street Fighter IV was mostly, “Who the hell is that guy?” Luckily, after some perusal on the internet, I now know that character is Seth, a new boss for the game. Apparently, he’s the CEO of Shadowloo’s weapons division, who has modified his own body with some fancy technology that somehow transformed him into the Silver Surfer with a glowing orb for a stomach. I just want to know where he falls in the ranking of bad guys; is he tougher and more evil than M. Bison?
