As for people without internet, I’m talking about people with dial-up that don’t have access to high-speed or people in different countries.

For example, you can’t buy games via Steam in Columbia (some one I know lives there).

Well then there’s really nothing wrong with that. It really just means that it’s not going to be on direct2drive, which is really the only other big digital distributer.

Vedicardi: It’s being realized DIGITALLY exclusively on Steam. You can buy it in a store. Hence the mentioning of retail outlets. And to the people who don’t have internet access: fuck them. If someone doesn’t have internet access, they probably wouldn’t have the fucking specs to run this game on their PC either, would they? No, they wouldn’t.

This could be both great and HORRIBLE.

For one, I know hundreds of people that HATE steam.

And not only that, but what about people without internet access?!

Oh well.
