Square-Enix Teases With a Trailer for Chrono Trigger DS

Though they can’t seem to give fans what they really want — a next-gen sequel to Chrono Trigger — at least Square-Enix is offering up the next best thing with a DS port of the original. This new teaser trailer doesn’t show anything new to people who played the classic RPG. It mostly just runs through the list of characters, which seem pretty odd when you just lay them out like that. Maybe this will be the thing to convince me to finally pick up the game again and finish it (I never really got over the SNES version freezing up on me and deleting my saved game that was 3/4 of the way through).
I’m completely stoked about this. I loved Chrono Trigger on the SNES and having it in a portable form is completely full of WIN!
Looking forward to this one. The release date can’t get here fast enough!
I can not wait, this is one of those timeless games that will always be a favorite.
