Spooky New Trailer for Spider-man: Web of Shadows

It was bound to happen sooner or later; you just can’t go six months without a new Spider-man game being announced. Activision has revealed the next game to star Marvel’s famous wall-crawler with Spider-man: Web of Shadows. I guess I need to read up on my Spider-man lore, because I have almost no idea what’s going on in the trailer. It looks like the alien goo that created Venom is back and taking over the whole city somehow. Let’s just hope this isn’t another hasty project, like Spider-man: Friend or Foe.
anyone heard of spiderman reign? it was an awesome mini-series, i think only 6 issues, but this kinda reminds me of it, even the art style.
