Soul Calibur Legends Characters Revealed

Four Soul Calibur Legends characters have been revealed in the latest addition of Famitsu. 1Up.com has the details for those of you that can’t read Japanese. Three of the characters are old familiars from the Namco Bandai Soul Calibur series Siegfried, Mitsurugi and Taki. A new playable character is Isuka, a 16 year old boy who travels with Sigfried.
The story is set to fill in the gap between Soul Edge and Soulcalibur. 1Up also has some crunchy bits from the game’s producer, Jin Okubo, and director, Tetsuya Akatsuka.
Story takes place between Edge and Calibur. As we already know, Siegfried changes into Nightmare from SC1 to SC2, so the story in Legends will fill in the gap as to what happened Selectable players will be limited at the beginning, but as players progress, they’ll unlock more Battles come in chunks of 5 minutes to 10-20 minutes Each character learns new moves as they level up and are encouraging players become skilled in one specific player Not all SC characters will be playable Co-op play is still in the works, though likely split-screen. Controls will be nunchuk + wiimote. Wiimote primarily for attacking, nunchuk for movement, buttons for as parrying and dodging

This game an embaressement to the sc fans……..they shoulda’ put voldo back in the series!!!!!
If it takes place between Edge and Calibur, why does Siegfried look exactly the same as he did in SC3…? Just wondering, cuz in both Edge and Calibur I, he had shorter hair than he does here, and he never had that armor until III. And Soul Edge in this game looks like it does in III too. I was hoping that Soul Edge would have the classic Sword-that-looks-at-you style, and that Requiem would also look like it first did. The SC3 2P Requiem looks too gaudy in my opinion, and SC3 2P Soul Edge just looks dumb. if it was SC3 1P Soul Edge (Phantom) i wouldn’t mind as much. And i would love it if it were SC3 1P Requiem, because that’s the REAL Requiem SC fans know. it was the only Requiem in SC2 and techniacally the real one. Just stating my opinion.
