Sony Sued Over Blu-ray

Gameindustry.biz has the latest litigation against Sony. California-based firm Target Technology is suing Sony for alleged patent infringement. Apparently Sony’s Blu-ray format uses a silver-based alloy thin film Target developed for optical discs. The law suit is targeted at three Sony companies, Sony Computer Entertainment America, Sony Pictures and Sony DADC US. Target seeks a permanent injunction against Sony which would stop them from infringing on Target’s patent rights in the future.
just leave sony alone for god’s sake they’ve got enough crap on their hands as it is.
u do the crime, you do the time ,they should be held accountiable for their stupity. sony is a billion dollar company they can afford to pay for the things they steal.
