Those needing Sony tech support today may find it difficult to get the help they need in North America. Sony’s California offices have been evacuated due to the wild fires raging in San Diego County. SOE’s Station web site has posted this message:

Important Notice: Technical, In-Game and Account support will be in limited operation on Wednesday, October 24th 2007 due to wildfires in the San Diego County area. This allows our employees to be with their families and tend to matters at home. During this time, support will be available but response time may be delayed. We will keep you updated with any changes in the situation.

For your convenience our Self-help knowledgebase is also available at www.station.sony.com/kb with answers to your questions. E-mail support is also available any time at www.station.sony.com/kb.

Gaming Today sends our best to the Sony employees and their families during this time of crisis.
