Sonic Unleashed Screens and Trailer Surface on the Internet

Apparently SEGA filed a trademark on March 6th for the much rumored Sonic Unleashed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. While SEGA has yet to make an official announcement regarding the game, screenshots and a gameplay trailer surfaced over the weekend and it looks brilliant. If it really plays like classic Sonic games of old like it shows, this could be the Sonic game that brings our favorite hedgehog back from the brink of death.According to some of the rumors, the game is in development for the PS3 and Xbox 360 with no mention of the Wii. I find that slightly hard to believe considering some of the love that SEGA’s past rival Nintendo has shown them recently – but we shall see I suppose.

Ahem.
Allow me to expand.
-No stupid whaling singing by some indie wannabes.
-Repetitive and awesome music with bit-sounds for good measure.
-Old skool 2d parts.
-Manic platforming speed.
-Seemless blend of 3d and 2d action sequences.
-No sign of Shadow the Hedgehog.
The question to ask is, who sacked the current Sonic Team and got in some people who remembered when he was good?! Oh my God, I think I’m actually giddy with excitement.
I am very excited too Joelteon! It looks amazing so far, and this is exactly something Sonic needs to get his groupies happy again

Why is it that so many people hate Shadow the Hedgehog? Honestly it’s Sonic Team’s fault for making him so unlikable so why not insult them? In at least SA2/SA2B I thought Shadow was a decent character but after that I’m guessing Sonic Team went too far with him.
This game is coming to the PS3, XBOX360, and Wii.
This will be the best game ever made!! Look at the screens and the trailer, that´s a-w-e-s-o-m-e. Nintendo can go home this is to good for them, they can´t keep up with Sonic ;D
I buy it, no matter what. I love the Sonic storys, the story of the STH´06 most^^

hey just have 2 players and the chao garden again plus every one on the game and im strait
oh, and if you look in the egg carrier in SA1, in those test tubes, either shadow or metal sonic is in there ( i can’t remember which one it is)
hope theres chao garden and stuff X] only reason i buy sonic cuz i loveee chao
