sonic hedgehog1 1 Sonic the Hedgehog Spin Dashes Onto iPodsSega little blue furball has shown up on just about every gaming platform for the past decade or so. And now, Sonic’s making the jump to music/media players with a new release for the iPod. For $4.99, you can download the first Sonic game from the iTunes store, which has now been redesigned for use on the device. Not exactly sure how well you’ll be able to play the game using the iPod’s spin wheel and buttons, but it’s still a good time-waster for under five bucks.

Up or down for left or right and then Ok for jump is how I imagine it. Sonic never needed that many buttons anyhow.

i’m not really fond of iPod gaming. I have an 80 gig one, but it’s for music and videos only. I really don’t see how people have enough time to play games on every last electronic device they own.
