Yes!  The Super Scope is going to make it’s triumphant return in being probably the most annoying, and the most effective weapons in Super Smash Brothers.  If you recall, tapping the attack button while holding the Super Scope allows it to shoot a bunch of pellets that not only hurt the enemy, but it paralyzes them momentarily so you can continue your barrage of attacks.  Not only were the quick attacks of the Super Scope annoying, but the charged attack was devestating.  Majority of the time, if a fully charged shot from the Super Scope hit an enemy, it would basically be the end for them and they’d be knocked out of the ring.

Nintendo has updated the attacks of the Super Scope though, allowing the player now to move around while you are attacking with the Scope.  So instead of being vulnerable to attacks while charging up a shot, you can now jump, move left/right, and even shoot while in mid-air.
