SimCity Society Money Bags City Building Contest

City Building Contests is hosting a contest for SimCity Societies. The idea is to start from one of two base cities and work your way up to an income of 100K the fastest while abiding by the contest rules to convince Uncle Money Bags you should inherit the prize.

You can start from one of these two builds:

Money Bags (Normal Difficulty)
files are in .zip format

Money Bags (Normal Difficulty)
files are not zipped for those who can’t unzip 

You can submit multiple entries if you improve your time.The contest will close at 11PM EST (US), on Sunday, January 27th, 2008.

Get the posted saved game, install it and see how fast you can get 100,000 Simoleans in your treasury. There should be no rogue sims in the city at the time of submission and your population may not be over 7500.
There should be 50 used of each value.

1. Fastest to get 100,000 simoleans
2. Tie breaker: Highest Spirituality used
3. Tie breaker: Highest Prosperity used

No decorations and no modded files are allowed. The official updates, their promotional buildings are allowed. The map provided has all of the trophys installed, to level the playing field. The top submissions will be posted in the results page for all to download.
