Rumor: Xbox 360’s “Lips” Coming From Ouendan Developer

Among the many rumors included in the huge Intellisponse leak yesterday was something regarding Lips, a title which came up during a leak early last month. We didn’t find out anything at the time outside of the name “Lips,” which I guessed was some sort of Vision camera game; the new leak, on the other hand, actually gives us some details on what the game might be — a music and singing game that would use interactive microphones and would work with your own music collection.
Better than that, Joystiq has been tipped off that Lips is being developed by iNiS, developer of the Ouendan games, better known as Elite Beat Agents outside of Japan.
The supposed tipster is someone from within Microsoft, but both rumors remain just that — rumors.
