According to IGN, German gaming site Gamora has stated that Fable 2 will be heading to the PC sometime in February 2009. This was apparently told to them by an “insider”.
Now, before anyone gets in an uproar, remember that a year after the release of the Fable on the Xbox, it launched for the PC. Therefore this rumor is not too far fetched. However, be that as it may, do not take this news as total rubbish until we get official word from Lionhead Studios themselves. Plus, as far as being released as an “Xbox 360 exclusive”, remember that Microsoft is the PC, which gives a bit more credit to the rumor because we all know how much Microsoft loves to make as much money as they can, any way that they can.
The idea of it coming in February is the part that is a bit hard to for me to believe, but like I said, wait for word to come down from Lionhead before dismissing this entirely.

Also they got by Fable being a Xbox exclusive by releasing Fable:The lost chapter for pc. Figure the same will be true for Fable2
I would imagine its 100% certain it will come to the PC otherwise I’m sure Microsoft would have mentioned it wont be like they did with Gears 2.
I agree February does seem a bit soon though although I do fancy trying Fable 2 out. I’m not an RPG fan at all but Fable 2 got me really interested, so much so that I was probably going to pick up a 360 next year to give it a try now that they are virtually giving them away over here.
Hell hath officially frozen over ladies and gentlemen….Norbit might buy a 360….Will wonders never cease?
Go Marlins!!!!
