banjo kazooie Rumor: Did a Banjo Kazooie Video Reveal the 360 Motion Controller?

There’ve been more than enough rumors claiming that a motion controller was in the works for the Xbox 360. E3 is no doubt where we’d learn of its existence, but it looks like we may have gotten a sign ahead of time.

In a new video of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Microsoft Game Studios creative director Ken Lobb provides commentary on what’s going on in the game. At one point he says, “So you basically grab with the wrench and then you twist the controller around and it’ll move different things in the game.” [emphasis my own]

You could interpret it in more than one way, but to me that certainly sounds like he’s referring to the controller you’re holding in your hands. We should know soon with Microsoft’s E3 press conference right around the corner.
