Rumor: Cloverfield Game in the Works?

What’s a good sign that a Cloverfield game is in the works? Well, probably when Paramount outright takes over the domain name “cloverfieldgame.com.” Apparently the owner of the domain was contacted by Paramounts lawyers, and he happily agreed to release the name to them. He had been working on a game based on the film himself, but now it seems an official game adaptation is in the planning stages. In the meantime, the former owner of the website has moved his operations to GrayShotGame.com, which unfortunately doesn’t reveal a whole lot about what his own Cloverfield-inspired game looks like. Which is too bad really, since I have no idea how a Cloverfield game would work, official of otherwise; especially since anyone who saw the movie now knows what the monster looks like.
