But seriously, the next AC game was confirmed a while ago, and it will be in roughly 15th century Italy, not present day. The last game however will most likely take place in the month before 21/12/2012, Desmond being the badass that he is starts takin’ people down left, right and center to stop the Templar (not Templars, Templar. Templar is like sheep.)

He looks like the guy from starwars force unleshed’s outfits you get at the end.

Not commenting on possiblility of AC2 because there are so many different storylines that could be taken up in the new game; I just want to say that they could deffinately make the game more realistic in the sense that Altier can take about 10 hits with a sword or arrow without dying or even showing a flesh wound (WTF) Maybe he Just has ultra good armor.

Assassins creed two there are some thought about it one is japan because of you look at the ending of the game and use the eagle vision then u may see writing left by subject 16. Another thing i would like to piont out is that the ending of the game leaves the audience wanting more a good tactic by marketing now we are left with the idea what will the next game be like (the bleeding effect from the animus tells us that desmond is getting some of his ancesors abilities so in the next game more story of Altier will play a key role possibly a different setting) …..maybe…… the final game will end with desmond breaking out of the lab he is currently in or a new setting entirely all i know is that the last game will be desmond breaking out and killing key figures in the company this is all my thoughts……in conclusion those who hate this game did not understand it and those who liked it were able to grasp its complex story line so in short this game is ment for adult brains not that of a simple todler!

assassins creed is an awesome game. the story was a little bad with only a few tasks to gain information. but the free running ability was just plain awesome. i love being able to run around a city like that, jumping from roof to roof and taking out guards with throwing knives. it would also be good to visit other cities like London or Rome, as well as visit cities from the first AC. I do agree with max about the guns, a silenced handgun would be neat maybe a sniper rifle but i like that assassins creed doesnt have any guns. it makes it more challenging than just running around emptying clips into bad guys (or innocents ).

Okay. I played AC and I was extremely happy with it. Yes it had it’s flaws as all games will, but if and when there is an AC2 they developers (who at this point are deemed smart because they made the game in the first place) will undoubtedly fix these problems. As for what it will be about I have no clue. I have tried searching for trailers and such but have always come up empty handed. I somewhat like the idea of a past present future type thing except that with the future comes guns. The only gun that you should be able to use is either a sniper rifle or a silenced handgun. I mean really?! How assassin like is it to go around with a machinegun killing people? I am a very open person and accept many ideas. So I say to you all, be open to everything. I have seen many ideas all of which could be true. In the end thought, we are subject to whatever the developers choose. (Which I’m sure will be more than acceptable) The only thing I want is more. Give me more assassins creed. precious…

I think AC2 will still be in the animus because if you go to the bedroom after and read the writing on the wall it said theres a guy stuck in the animus or something, so i think he goes looking for him.

this is a response to RAAAAAAAWR

1.i have no idea who 16’s ancestor was and im not sure if we’ll ever find out honestly
2.the men at the end of the game were the people in charge of obstergo.. or at least in charge of finding the rest of the artifacts for obstergo (all in all they pretty much control Desmonds life)
3.to find out wot happened just read the description of the last memory… it pretty much says that altair cudnt destroy the piece of eden and instead simply didnt use it. after that Altair steps up and becomes the leader of the assassins.

i hope that answered ur questions. and as for AC2 and AC# wot will probably happen (as far as desmond is concerned) is in AC2 he will aquire more of the assassin abilities thru the memories and at the end he will finaly break out of the ‘Prison’ he is in and find the present day assassins. then in AC3 he will work with the assassins to bring obstergo down and stop them from using the piece of eden to brainwash the world….. at least thats my prophesy for the rest of the trilogy.

Hey guys
It took me a long time to finish this game, because of the repetitiveness of it, I stopped playing for quite some time. Then I just decided to sit down and get it over with.
The game was pretty good in my opinion, but not as “great” or “epic” as people are making it out to be. But of course, this is my opinion, and everyone has their own. Good game nonetheless.

And as for the John Paul character who left a comment near the top of this page, 4th from the top or so. I have to completely disagree with his views. Assassin’s Creed is by no means “the great game ever” as he believes it to be. And I’m sure many of you people that played and enjoyed the game would agree with me.
And for the last part about what he said, regarding Halo and Final Fantasy 12 being horrible games, or sucking as he put it. He’s on crack as far as I’m concerned. Sure, they’re both different genres compared to AC, but in my opinion, they both outweigh AC. Especially Final Fantasy: Squaresoft/Square Enix always create the most outstanding games I have ever seen.

The reason that they always sound the alarm with the main kills is so that you have to run away. It wouldn’t be very exciting if you just kill the guy and were able to just walk away. I personally enjoy getting chased in the game.

Tell you what would be cool. The combat system of AC with the free roam, open ended gameplay of Oblivion. Being able to use sword and short blade at once would add a bit of variety too. Now that would be a game. All in all, AC was good fun. Can’t wait for the next one.

This game is pure awesomeness and the cliff hanger ending wil get people to buy the next one even more so. Who cares if the some of the gameplay is a bit jiffy it has such a great storyline to make up for it
