good for you, but Peart is just a very talented technical drummer, u and all his worhipers can keep watching star trek or just get out and buy your own drumkit and rock someone’s life. is better to try and fail than to live through someone else’s success… ok I overreacted but I just uttetly dislike people who put musicians on pedestals and kill the true meaning of music

Indeed he would. Peart comes in second for my greatest drummers of all time (first being Stewart Copeland, don’t flame me about that, I’ve just always preferred The Police, especially after meeting and interviewing Sting’s son and his band Fiction Plane). I’m glad Rock Band is bringing back better known songs to their huge list of DLC.
