Resident Evil 0 Being Ported to the Wii

Capcom seems to have a thing for porting their older games these days. Now, it seems Resident Evil Zero is being ported to the Wii, much like RE4 was ported last year. It sounds a little ridiculous since the Gamecube version works perfectly on the Wii, plus there doesn’t seem to be much room for adding motion-control, since it was made before the over-the-shoulder camera was introduced in RE4. We’ll have to wait and see if anything new is added to encourage Wii owners to run through this game a second time.

This does seem rather silly, but it’s a way for them to make more money, so of course they’re going to do it. Some Wii owners might be unaware of the GameCube back compat, or simply hesitant to buy a GameCube game.
