I am really really not up on my Marvel lore it seems, since I had no idea until now that there’s a newer, redder Hulk stomping around these days. And so it looks like Microsoft is trying to sweeten the pot for their version of the upcoming game based on The Incredible Hulk by offering a red variant of Bruce Banner’s alter ego. Yes, for choosing the Xbox 360 version out of the others for PS3, PS2, PC, Wii, and DS, you can play as a Hulk with a different color scheme. You’ll also have to buy the game at GameStop to access this useless add-on. Sometimes these console-exclusive bonuses require some real thought, like DLC versus no DLC (GTA IV) or Yoda versus Vader (Soul Calibur IV). But a new skin that doesn’t look much different from the original? Not exactly something that’ll keep me up at night. You know, assuming I would ever seriously consider paying full price for a game based on a movie based on a comic.

Do you think you could manage to be ANY more negative about this? Some people are interested in the actual story behind the Hulk and will be happy with a free addition to the game that costs $59.99 no matter what store you go to.

The question is, why WOULDN'T someone choose this version of the game if they already planned to buy it?

I love this feed for the news but the writers are AWFUL and FAR too opinionated. Take a look at the first word of your URL. news.filefront.com, not opinion.filefront.com

If you have no idea what is going on in the Marvel universe or what the Red Hulk is about, then I guess you really wouldn't give a s@#t about the 360 version or it's "useless add-on". I LOVE the new Red Hulk series and I guess thousands of other Marvel fans do too since each book has been a complete sell out! So there should be no surprise if this version of the game sells better than the others. Useless? Maybe. Cool bonus for a Hulk fan  ? I think so.
