Apparently, the bugs that gamers have been experiencing with the PS3 version of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 are not confined to just the PS3 version. Many gamers have reported that they were unable to connect to servers, the game would freeze and require a restart, and many reports of connections being dropped caused Ubisoft to look into the issues.

Now, Xbox 360 users have noticed some issues with their version as well. Some of the bugs and glitches reported mostly occur when gamers try to carry data over from the original RSV which causes a gamerscore glitch, but issues regarding start-tracking have also been confirmed.

Ubisoft has stated that they should have these issues ironed out sometime this week, but in the meantime you can officially report your issues via the RSV2 forums.

Maybe some of the revenue they gain from the rights to the Tom Clancy name can carry over to games without serious glitches next time. Developers releasing games with serious glitches is becoming highly annoying, especially when you pay out the back-end for a game in the first place. There is no reason to have any sort of glitch in a game, and when gamers get to the point of expecting some sort of glitch, something is seriously rotten in Denmark.

I nearly bought the game on Saturday and would’ve transferred over my stuff from the original Vegas. Now I’m even happier I decided not to buy it.

I Completly have to agree with this Article. I am sick and tired of games not getting tested thoroughly enough. I remember a time when games didn’t have that many glitches because if they did they would have to replace the whole medium with a updated copy that didn’t glitch and that would cost them money.

Now a days though they release the games without thurouly testing the games and then when the gamers find the glitches they patch them. WHEN IN THE HELL DID WE BECOME THE Q&A OR BETA TESTERS FOR THE GAMES!!! Now if were going to have to deal with this kind of service I think we ought to be getting paid for the time we put in as Unoffical Q&A testers. Who’s With me?
