Quieter DVD Drives in the 360. Finally.

We all know that Mr. Microsoft like to make noise. But thankfully it looks like the noise from the 360 is being toned down a bit. Microsoft appears to have begun installing quieter DVD drives in newer Xbox 360s that both reduce overall noise and actually run a bit faster. While the improvement does nothing for current owners, I’m sure the odd silence while surfing the dashboard would be unnerving anyways. I knew I should have bought the replacement plan.
