PSP Used to Take “Upskirt” Picture in Japan

The juvenile antics of some people never cease to amaze me. Case in point, an alleged “upskirt” photo taken of a 19 year-old Japanese woman during her train commute.The 59 year-old perverted deputy head of a Nagoya technical college in Japan has been arrested for using his PSP and PSP camera peripheral to look up the skirt of said female on May 27th. The college administrator was caught using his PSP Chotto Shot on the train and has been arrested under anti-stalking legislation.
The screenshot above is what the local news station in Japan used to instruct other PSP users demonstrate how the jerk did it. I suppose that all this situation proves is that in a land full of hentai and sex simulation games, there is still nothing like the real thing.
