Pre-Orders for Hot Shots Golf 5 – 300,000 in Japan

Everybody’s Golf 5 (Hot Shots Golf in America) pre-order stats were released by Sony today, and the present count is 300,000 and rising. A huge hit in Japan, Everybody’s Golf 4 (Hot Shots Golf Fore) sold 1.7 million in that country alone with more expected. This is wonderful news for Sony, what with the massive company lay-offs, and the console woes they have been having lately. Hopefully this will give them some much needed revenue and help spread the PS3 love around the globe.
Hot Shots Golf 5 for the PlayStation 3, will include high definition graphics, more accurate golf physics and new courses with crazy characters and online features. The game will hit shelves October 1st.

Does anybody know if HSG5 will be coming to the UK
There is no word yet although it is being released in the US in a few weeks s if you want an English language version you could just import that.
