Possible Price Drop for PS3 During the Summer

Don’t you just hate it when you write a news post and then something comes along the same day and completely contradicts you?

That whole price cut idea we mentioned a while back may actually happen, but the man doesn’t give a specific reason for the price cut. Michael Pachter, the video game analyst quoted in the blog, just states, generally, that hardware manufacturers may consider dropping the price of the PS3 at this point, and it may happen before the summer.

The blogger, rightly so, suggests a $500 price for the console. That may even be a cost even I could afford…
